The VaginismusMD Forum

The VaginismusMD Forum has gone beyond our expectations. Finally women with vaginismus can join a community and not feel isolated. The VaginismusMD Forum is a place to share your personal story, ask questions and discuss ALL aspects of vaginismus and the treatment program. By sharing your experiences, other women will become enlightened. Do not be afraid to become an active member. This is a very friendly, safe, and most importantly “private” forum.

If you are someone new to the VaginismusMD forum, please introduce yourself to all of us so we can welcome you. This can be done by clicking on “Vaginismus General” and then clicking to “Introductions” and then share your story or ask a question. Remember that no question is a dumb question. If you don’t know and you don’t ask than how will you ever find out? We are all here to help you.

A Note from Heather, the Moderator of the VaginismusMD Forum

My name is Heather. I am 34 years old and am happily married to the man of my dreams. We’ve been together for 11 years and married for 5. For 15 years of my life, I had Lamont Level 5 primary vaginismus. Throughout these 15 years, I experienced every emotion known to woman and have come out on top. Specifically, I am overjoyed to report that I am “cured” from this condition and now enjoy pain-free intercourse with my husband. I found this “cure” in Dr. Pacik’s treatment program and whole-heartedly feel that it is the only program that would have ever worked considering the severity of my condition. It is my greatest intention to now be able to share my experiences with you and help you in any and all ways to overcome as well.

A Recent Post from a Newcomer of the VaginismusMD Forum

Hello everyone, I just found this site last week and as soon as I read the first 3 posts, I just knew I had to join. Since I joined, I have been a lurker, just trying to get up the courage to introduce myself. I found this site after viewing a video on YouTube. I had so many mixed emotions because I thought that I was the only one that had these symptoms. I had no idea that there were so many women that suffered from this condition. I have contacted Dr. Pacik’s office so that I can see if he can help me. I look forward to interacting with you ladies as I start my journey to be cured.

A New YahooGroup for VaginismusMD

For those who may prefer to join a YahooGroup, a patient from Sweden has undertaken the task of creating a group devoted to vaginismus. To get started, simply visit YahooGroups UK & Ireland and register with the group VaginismusMD. This is a very easy group to navigate in that you get automatic emails with postings. You can write your comments in the email and send – no need to be on the actual website YahooGroup.

I highly recommend everyone to join this forum also. It is my hope that our VaginismusMD Forum and the YahooGroup VaginismusMD will foster collaboration between the two sites, so that important information becomes available through cross-linking. In this fashion if someone feels they have read important content, it becomes known on both sites.
